Easy check in and out. Lots of room to park. I liked that the room has a toaster and bar fridge. Our room had an outside, private sitting area, although not happy to see an ashtray there encouraging smoking near the accommodation. Otherwise happy and this was our second stay.

ALBANY is amazing.
ALBANY is amazing. We have visited numerous times over the past 20 yrs but the first cabin No 1 Rose Gardens at Emu Point was awful. We asked to be moved and for an extra fee we were offered much better accommodation which was lovely. The managers were friendly...however not happy that we thought the first cabin was dirty and run down.

art galleries, woodwork gallery, helpful tourist information office, food and coffee outlets. Visit the Vancouver Arts Centre for interesting installations as well as the historic old hospital building.
The Albany Heritage Park and National Anzac Centre are well worth visiting and revisiting - what a wealth of historical information in an engaging, interactive display! Nearby coastal highlights at Emu Point and The Gap and Natural Bridge are not to be missed. This is an area of stunning natural beauty.

Albany is beautiful especially at this time of the year. Loads of nice restaurants and cafes to visit. Well stocked supermarkets for some self catering. Plenty of places to visit and explore. Wilson’s brewery was our favourite place to visit. We went twice 😃Also loved seeing the chainsaw sculpture drive.

I actually came to Albany for 3 days after working so many hours the previous 4 weeks and just wanted to get away. I also wanted to do the Anzac War museum tour which I did I spent 2 and a half hours there and I'm not sure I got it all done. I plan to come down again and re do the tour
The house is large and all facilities are clean. Kitchen is great with gas stove, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle and so on. Two bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are TVs in the living room and major bedroom. There is also a garage just outside the house. A small playground with slides for kids is located in front of the house. We really enjoyed our time there.
Besides, the location is also good. Easy to drive to anywhere in Albany. The staff are very nice.
BTW, the free breakfast is great! Don’t miss it.
The breakfasts were absolutely superb - every day.
Well appointed bathroom that made the most of the space.
The room was spacious and had everything that we wanted.
The location overlooking Middleton Beach was excellent and there is a balcony so you can make the most of it.
Walking to local shop, bar, restaurant & fish & chip shop - then along the beach.
We were lucky with the weather and a super full moon in Albany, but there is so much to do - we'll be back.
We only booked a 1 bedroom apartment but scored a 2bedroom. Not that we used the 2nd bedroom.
The apartment had everything you need for a long stay and we were very sorry we only booked 2 nights. In fact, we tried to book another night but it was full.
Albany has so much to see and do and we only saw a fraction. It was just a quick stroll to Middleton Beach which is very pretty and a bar, coffee shop, boutique and fish n chip shop less than a block away.
We really enjoyed our stay at salt 112. It was very modern and felt very welcoming. It’s located in one of Albany’s nicest suburbs, Middleton Beach. The beach is an easy 10min walk and the town is a short scenic drive away. The huge enclosed backyard was a bonus for our dogs and the fish & chip shop down the road was very convenient.
Easy friendly checkin, Location, ambience, surroundings, clean and cosy cabin with great shower and bed and was great to have a large fridge and a big container of milk on arrival - thanks Tonia and Stephen; It was quiet, easy drive to Albany; Great cafe nearby and lovely swimming area within short distance.
We spent 4 nights in Albany and chose Kinsellas Waters as it looked a little different to the norm.

This was my second visit and can confirm the property held its standards as is from my earlier visit in 2017.
The beach view from our neat and clean little chalet was breathtaking. Comfortable beds. We have enjoyed a most comfortable and enjoyable week in Albany. We will recommend Acclaim rose gardens beachside holiday Park to any friends and family travelling to Albany.
Location was great. We walked to Middleton Beach and Emu Point and enjoyed great coffee at the end of each walk. Easy to access Albany town by car. Ocean Mist was beautifully presented and owners were always happy to answer any queries. Wonderful hospitality.
well run, very clean modern facilities. very nice location on Emu point. good for short local walks. good starting point for trips around the Albany Bay area, including day trips to various national parks and of course for holidaying around the bay.
if I could give a his an 11 rating I would. It is charming, comfortable and breakfast and little extras fantastic. Sue is a wonderful host. If I was anywhere near Albany, this would be where I stayed
Location was good and very close to Middleton Beach. The townhouse provides off-street parking and the kitchen is stocked with some necessities such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea.
